Wendy studied Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture and Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Remedial Massage) at The Australian College of Natural Medicine (Australia) and this was complemented by further study and training in Nanning PR China. Since graduation Wendy has been working at SHCC as an Acupuncturist and Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2009. Her particular interests include treating musculoskeletal problems including low back ache and neck tension, sporting injuries, headaches, stress, general wellbeing, and those seeking to improve their health.
She has also worked along side Physiotherapists in assisting people to heal after accidents, operations and illnesses.
Wendy introduced Therapeutic Foot Treatments in 2013, which includes an Epsom salt foot soak and salt scrub, foot massage and acupuncture for foot/ankle problems (please specify when making an appointment as we may need extra time).
Member of The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), The Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). Private Indemnity insurance and recognised by Private Health Funds for rebates.
